Payment & Pricing

Payment can be made securely using PayPal
(MasterCard / Visa / Switch / Solo / Delta.), cheque or money order.

Email confirmation will be sent to you on receipt of your order. Please print and keep a copy of this email for your records.

Cheque / Postal Order. Please make cheques payable to 'Nordic Walking Ltd.', ensuring all details are correct with valid bankers card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse.

We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as Nordic Walking Ltd. will not be held responsible for any losses.

All prices are stated in GBP inclusive VAT.

Deliveries

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of cleared payment for items in stock.

UK Delivery

We are using Royal Mail standard recorded delivery (which takes 3 - 5 working days).

Delivery to UK addresses will be charged at the following rates, calculated at PayPal checkout.

European Delivery

We can deliver to Europe but postage is rather more expensive - please contact us.

IF by agreement we may charge extra for postage, you can add a £10 postage surcharge to your PayPal shopping Cart here ...

Sorry, we cannot deliver goods beyond Europe.

Returns Procedure

Please contact us first before returning any items, so we know what to expect and can deal with it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

If your purchase is unsuitable Nordic Walking Ltd. will exchange or refund the goods, provided they are returned within 7 days, unused and in their original packaging with all the labels attached to the item.

Please note all returns must be sent back using special delivery service. Nordic Walking Ltd. accepts no liability for lost parcels. All postage costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning faulty goods, simply send them back to us with a copy of your receipt and clear instructions of what you want us to do. Please ensure the goods are clean and dry when you send them. We'll either replace the goods or credit you. All goods supplied by Nordic Walking Ltd. come from official sources and are covered by normal manufacturer's warranty.

Data Protection - Privacy Statement

The personal data provided by all customers to Nordic Walking Ltd. will be solely for the use by the company Nordic Walking Ltd. in the transaction requested, and will not be transferred to third parties. Should you wish not to receive marketing information from Nordic Walking Ltd. please state clearly on your correspondence.
